General Bilimoria’s Canteen is a London based brand established by General Billy’s son, Lord Karan Bilimoria in the the hope of translating the General’s personality and taste buds into a journey through time as told by authentic Indian food.
To bring the General’s deep fondness for the huge breadth of flavours, textures and dishes he found through his journeys and postings across the Indian subcontinent into the brand.
